Terms of Service
1. The service
TestersApp is a testing service platform that helps Android app developers recruit real testers and manage Google Play closed testing campaigns. TestersApp is not affiliated with Google or Google Play, and does not control or guarantee Google's approval, review, or ranking decisions.
2. Genuine testing only
Testers must genuinely install, use, and provide honest feedback on tested apps. Developers may not use the service to solicit fake reviews, incentivized ratings, fake installs, or any activity that manipulates Google Play ratings, reviews, or install counts. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
3. Payments
Campaign packages are one-time payments; TestersApp does not use subscriptions, credits, or wallets. Pricing for each package is shown at checkout before you pay. Refunds are handled at TestersApp's discretion on a case-by-case basis — contact support if you believe you're owed one.
4. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or abuse.
5. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that using TestersApp will result in Google Play Production access, app approval, positive reviews, higher rankings, or any specific number of installs. We provide real tester recruitment and campaign management — outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including Google's own review process.
6. Limitation of liability
TestersApp is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, TestersApp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
